Sigiriya Rock Fortress, which many say is the Eighth Wonder of the World, is indeed a masterpiece of the highest order! It is one of the most prominent attractions in the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is believed to have been built by King Kashyapa who ruled in the island between 477 and 495 CE.
