All rates are non-commissionable and include Government Taxes & Charge. Any tax revisions by the government will be imposed without prior notice.
Check-in Time: 1300 hrs & Check-out time: 1200 hrs early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
All information and rates offered in this agreement are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties for whatsoever reason or purpose.
Contract rates must not be quoted unpackaged, or priced as net nightly rates on any web page, brochure or leaflet.
The Operator agrees to the cancellation policy as shown in this agreement.
The obligations in this agreement shall be rendered invalid in all circumstances of force majeure such as civil unrest, war and war like conditions, strikes, natural catastrophes, epidemics, acts of terrorism and government ordered measures of closure and restraint that jeopardizes the ability of either party to perform its duties. Under any conditions of force majeure The Resort shall hold no direct liability to The Operator for failure to operate.
The Operator agrees to indemnify The Resort, its owners, employees and directors against any claim, payment of damages, fines or legal costs arising directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of contract or negligence of The Operator, its employees, agents or sub-contractors.
The Resort reserves the right to carry out repairs, renovations or upgrade/preventive maintenance programs as it may deem fit, in order to keep the resort in good condition. The decision to renovate/upgrade shall be made by The Resort at its absolute discretion, but prior notice of commencement of any major renovation work, on a prolonged basis that may affect guests’ comfort, will be given to The Operator.
The Resort must be informed in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any change of ownership or management
The Resort shall be featured as a Deluxe Resort in The Operator’s brochure programs and/or promotional flyer. The Operator shall use photography as issued by The Resort. Prior to brochure printing or listing/advertising of The Resort on the Internet; the brochure copy, web site draft must be viewed at ‘proof stage’ and both text and photography need to be approved by The Resort. Brochure pages should be issued to the resort in PDF format. The Resort will then return a signed proof of acceptance by fax or email to The Operator to proceed with brochure printing.
Liquor will not be served on Full Poya Days
- More than 21 days : if the cancellation is notified more than 21 days prior to booked arrival date the deposit will be refunded minus all the bank charges.
- 20 – 15 days: If the cancellation/ amendment is notified 20 – 15 days prior to booked arrival date 50% of the basis booked for the total stay will be charged.
*Charges for amendments will be applicable only if total numbers of room nights are reduced.
- Less than 14 days: If the cancellation/ amendment is notified less than 14 days prior to booked arrival date 100% of the basis booked for the total stay will be charged.
- Peak Period : For confirmed bookings during peak period 20th Dec to 10th January standard cancellation policy will not applicable – all cancellation of bookings during this period or ‘no shows’ or guest reducing the period of stay will be charged 100% of the total invoice value.
Off Season: Minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% required for reservation. Balance to be settled upon check-in.
Season: Minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% required for reservation. Balance to be settled upon check-in
Peak Season: 100% non-refundable deposit required for reservation.
